We Save Soles!

Family Footcare of Mid-Michigan, P.C. was founded by Dr. Connie Lee Bills in September, 1997 with an office in McBain, Michigan. In September, 1998 the Mount Pleasant office location was added. The McBain office was closed in August, 2006 due to economic factors, which allowed Dr. Bills to concentrate on her office in Mount Pleasant. The practice is thriving today, serving over 5000 patients and growing.

Dr. Connie Lee Bills was born in Alpena, Michigan, she was raised in the Mount Pleasant area, and she graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1984. Dr. Bills received her undergraduate training from City University of New York/Bernard Baruch College and received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degrees from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL in 1995. Dr. Bills took her residency training in Podiatric Orthopedics at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, East Orange, NJ.

Following her professional training, Dr. Bills was employed by The Nursing Home Group for one year, focusing on geriatric care, after which Dr. Bills started her private practice in McBain, Michigan in 1997. The practice grew quickly, and Dr. Bills was able to expand to her hometown in 1998.

In January 2002, Dr. Bills underwent kidney transplant surgery thanks to her mother Deanna Methner, who was the donor. After that kidney failed in 2013, her sister Lisa Richards, PAC, donated her kidney, and Connie is enjoying good health once again. Connie now owns a home in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and enjoys gardening, home improvement, bicycling both on and off-road, and rock climbing; but most of all her husband, her 2 cats, 2 nephews, and 2 nieces.

Connie was married to Roland Gene Olson on September 18, 2004, in a spectacular medieval themed ceremony.
